Merchandise Characteristics

Due to the handcrafted nature of many of the unique products sold by Currey & Company, it is normal for dimensions, color, and finish to vary slightly from item to item. Reactive ceramic finishes that don’t “match” from piece to piece, irregular forms, rubbed-through finish/paint, and an “aged” look are often inherent characteristics of the materials and craftsmanship. These are not defects and are considered part of the charm and desirability of the merchandise. On concrete pieces, hairline cracks occur and are part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of each piece. These are part of the natural curing process of concrete, but they do not affect durability or structural integrity because of the steel frame underneath. Currey & Company reserves the right to revise the design or construction of any item from what is shown in the catalog or in website photography.
