Production Technician (Floater)
We are seeking a Production Technician to support multiple areas of our warehouse and production operations. This is a hands-on, cross-trained role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and learning different functions. Candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, be able to perform basic math/measurements, lift/push/pull >25lbs. unassisted and >50lbs assisted, and comfortable using basic computer equipment and power tools.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Wiring, glass production, and product finishing (including painting)
- Crating and packaging finished products
- Supporting receiving, put-away, shipping, and inventory control
- Assisting production and product development teams as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to train and work across all warehouse and production areas
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail
- Reliability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- CDL or truck driving experience is a plus
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required
